Anchorwatch off AlderneyMy eyes are unaccustomed to this light  Half-light; the night lies spread around the boat  Softened and muted, pierced and brightly lit  Haphazardly at different points about me.   
The moon, though bright, hides shy behind the sky  But still sends forth striated silver bands  And traces subtle shades of grey in cloud.  At times it shows its face, and strikes the sea  With glimmering sparks and wavering filigree.

SpiderThere is a spider living on my bike.  It's strung a tiny web between the brake  And handlebar. Hi guys, I'm not dead. And I'm planning to do NaNoWriMo! Yes, I am the laziest person you could ever hope to waste time with. Yes, I am apparently insane. But still. Gonna do it. Gonna SUCCEED.

So, I don't have a plan, plot, prayer or p...characters. I've got a world - the Seed of Yggdrasil worldbuilding project I was playing with a few months ago - and I'm pretty much going to write some descriptive passages from the point of view of some characters made up on the spot, and see if I can link it all together.

I'm GOOD at linking randon plot threads together. I'm a dungeon master.

I'm also using the rather excellent Write or Die program, which I bought earlier today and have been really enjoying.

So, better start thinking up some things to write about.
